Grinding Machine Working principles

The multi-functional mill produced by our company can continuously grind various foods.

This grinder/miller is a high efficient machine applied to food processing, chemical and industrial areas, such an rice , herb, PVC etc. The materials will be milled into powder, flour or starch within20 minutes and we can adjust  the fineness from 10-120 mesh according to our own need. So it is widely used in supermarkets, factories and home.

Working principles

1. send the raw materials into the hopper upside  by the feeder conveyor, then leak into the crashing cabin.

2. The leather belt driven by motor spurs the motional hammers whirling with a high speed, the hammers chafing, colliding with the immovable fluted disc in a high speed, at the same time,  the raw material is ground.

3. the ground powder will leak from the screen stencil, and then gets out from the discharge hole, finally can be stored inside the bag.
