Rice mill rice machine troubleshooting

1. Rice contains more millet. (1) Cause analysis: The pressure in the grinding chamber is too small; the knife is worn badly; the feeding section of the cover is heavily worn; the rubber roller is seriously worn. (2) Remedy: Adjust the clearance of the millet knife and adjust the opening of the outlet gate; use the meter knife to change the head or replace the rice knife; replace the cover; repair or replace the rubber roller.
2. Too much broken rice. (1) Reason analysis: The knife gap is too small; the opening of the discharge gate is too small; the roller speed is too high. (2) Remedy: Adjust the gap of the rice knife properly; appropriately adjust the opening of the discharge gate; properly reduce the speed of the roller.
3. Grinding accuracy is uneven. (1) Reason analysis: The abrasion of the rubber roller; the wear of the knives; the feed amount of the feed is too small; the discharge is too fast. (2) Remedy: Repair or replace the rubber roller; use the meter knife to change the head or use the rice knife; adjust the opening of the feed inlet gate appropriately; adjust the opening of the discharge gate appropriately.
4. Rice machine is blocked. (1) Reason analysis: The amount of feed is too large; the discharge rate is too slow; the drive belt is too loose, the speed of the roller is too slow; the millet is too wet and the row is not smooth; the amount of debris in the millet is too much. (2) Remedy: Adjust the opening of the inlet gate appropriately; adjust the opening of the discharge port appropriately; tighten the belt; dry the millet before processing; remove debris and reprocess the millet.
5. No rice or less rice. (1) Reason analysis: Spindle reverse rotation. (2) Remedy: Swap the two terminals of the motor cable to make the rotation direction correct. 7. There is an unusual metal impact sound inside the machine. (1) Cause analysis: The impact of the rice knife and the rubber roller; the roller loosened. (2) Remove the method, adjust the gap between the rice knife and the rubber roller; tighten the rubber roller.
